Wow, time flies! Two and a half years ago, I was SO DONE with diets! I hit my highest weight ever and was totally frustrated. After trying every diet under the sun, I made myself a huge promise: either find a way to lose weight while still eating pizza and ice cream, or just stay this weight forever!
Instead of jumping into another ridiculous diet, I did something completely different. I started debunking all the diet lies I’d believed and learned to decode my own body! I discovered I was totally eating my feelings—especially when stressed or bored—and had to find better ways to deal.
I started paying attention to when I was actually hungry (not just bored!) and figured out which foods made me feel awesome vs. totally drained. The best part? I gave myself permission to eat foods I LOVE!
Fast forward to now—I’ve lost 50 pounds and kept it off for almost 2 years! No restrictions, no diets, just freedom! I can’t believe I finally cracked the code, and I’m so excited to share how I did it with YOU! 🎉
